Summary: This study explores the multilateral interdependence among different groups of producers within a platform ecosystem, and suggests that platform owners' governance design may create tensions between platform providers and complementors. While open governance grants greater autonomy to platform providers, it also leads to a more complex ecosystem for complementors, reducing their willingness to move to a more complex ecosystem.

Summary: According to the Socially Embedded Model of Thriving, individuals thrive at work when they are in environments that support agentic behaviors. Existing scholarship lacks research reflecting these multilevel features and a strong theoretical justification for a multilevel conceptualization of thriving. Researchers aim to define a multilevel conceptualization of thriving at work through an integrative review.

Summary: This article argues that nudges can be transformed into self-nudges, empowering individuals to design and structure their own decision environments. Self-nudging applies insights from behavioral science practically and economically while avoiding concerns about paternalism or manipulation. It has the potential to expand the application of behavioral insights from the public to the personal sphere, reducing self-control failures and enhancing personal autonomy.

Summary: This qualitative study examined internal and external barriers to help seeking among men who reported being victimized by their female intimate partners in four English-speaking countries. Online focus groups were conducted, and six themes representing four internal barriers (lack of recognition, relationship preservation, male roles, and excuses) and two external barriers (fear and lack of support services) were identified. The findings suggest the importance of gender inclusive approaches to intimate partner abuse and the need for professional training for individuals and service providers.

Summary: The majority of research on empowering leadership has focused on the positive effects, but we shift the focus to the potential detriments. We propose that empowering leadership can unintentionally increase employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior by increasing moral disengagement. We find support for our predictions in both a time-lagged field study and a scenario-based experiment. Our findings highlight the impact of empowering leadership on unethical behavior and provide insights into when and why the dark side of this leadership behavior occurs.

Summary: This paper examines the use of mixed methods research (MMR) in sport and exercise psychology, with a focus on exploring critical realism as a potential framework for conducting MMR. The meta-study of recent empirical studies reveals paradigmatic disagreements among researchers and suggests that these disagreements can be reconciled from a critical realist perspective. The paper advocates for methodological pluralism and collaboration among researchers from different paradigmatic positions to advance MMR in the research community.

Summary: Mediation analysis is crucial in organizational sciences, but traditional linear regression analysis based on normal-theory maximum likelihood estimators is sensitive to deviations from normality assumptions. To address this issue, a robust mediation method has been developed, which demonstrates superior estimation of effect size and reliability in assessing significance, along with freely available software for empirical researchers.
