Summary: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has shown effective promotion of diabetic wound healing through regulating various signaling pathways, such as maintaining inflammatory balance, inhibiting oxidative stress, and regulating abnormal glucose metabolism. This multi-level and multi-pathway effect of TCM provides ideas for screening core targets in treating diabetic wounds and developing modern innovative drugs.

The results suggest that SPE and SPA can improve dysregulation of ovarian steroids, steroidogenic enzymes, antioxidant enzymes and inflammatory markers in PCOS mice, ameliorating symptoms of PCOS.
