Summary: In this paper, a three-dimensional conservative system is proposed and analyzed, showing that it is a non-Hamiltonian system. Different attractors are observed by changing the values of the system parameters, indicating rich coexistence phenomena. The complexity of the system is studied to determine the optimal initial state for synchronization. The system is successfully implemented in analog and digital circuits, proving its feasibility. Finally, the system is applied to backstepping synchronization, paving the way for engineering applications.

Summary: A substitution box (S-box) is a crucial component in symmetric key encryption, and its performance and security level have a direct impact on the encryption scheme. The conventional approach to generate S-boxes involves using Galois fields. This study presents a novel construction of lookup tables using the non-chain ring structure of cardinality 512, which results in a more complex S-box. The use of non-chain ring encryption enhances security, algorithm complexity, resistance to attacks, and computational performance. The proposed S-box encryption technique is statistically, differentially, and security-wise superior to existing methods, making it more effective for image encryption.

Summary: The integration of terrestrial and satellite wireless communication networks offers a practical solution to enhance network coverage, connectivity, and cost-effectiveness. This study introduces a resource allocation framework that leverages local cache pool deployments and non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) to improve energy efficiency. Through the use of a multi-agent enabled deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm (MADDPG), the proposed approach optimizes user association, cache design, and transmission power control, resulting in enhanced energy efficiency and reduced time delays compared to existing methods.

Summary: Ordinary encryption techniques cannot meet the needs of comparing, sharing, and classifying data hidden in ciphertexts in the face of growing threats to data security. The advent of the quantum computing era has brought unprecedented challenges to traditional cryptography. Fortunately, a lattice-based PKEET scheme can solve these problems by providing satisfying anti-quantum computing security and resisting OMRA attacks. This paper presents a lattice-based PKE-DET scheme that supports delegated tester function and demonstrates security under the LWE hardness assumption in the standard model. The scheme offers advantages such as high security, delegated tester authorization, and small storage space compared to existing schemes.

Summary: With the development of Industry 5.0, the demand for network access devices is increasing, especially in areas such as financial transactions, drone control, and telemedicine where low latency is crucial. However, traditional network architectures limit the construction of low-latency networks due to the tight coupling of control and data forwarding functions. To overcome this problem, researchers propose a constraint escalation virtual network embedding algorithm assisted by Graph Convolutional Networks (GCN), which automatically extracts network features and accelerates the learning process to improve network performance.

Summary: This study presents the development of a new two-dimensional liquid crystal grating device with asymmetric surface anchoring. By using a waffle-shaped electrode on one substrate, a two-dimensional electric field is generated. The introduction of weak anchoring energy on one of the substrates allows for easier rotation of liquid crystal molecules between the electrodes upon voltage application in an asymmetrically anchored device. As a result, the proposed grating device exhibits a significant spatial phase difference in any direction, resulting in a high haze value in the opaque state.

Summary: The unpredictable nature of chaotic systems makes chaos theory attractive for cryptology studies. However, the cryptographic properties of chaotic systems based on electronic circuit implementation are not as good as those based on mathematical transformations. The proposed post-processing algorithm can improve the nonlinearity values of chaos-based s-box structures, and may have potential applications in the future.

Summary: This paper introduces the Laplace-Stieltjes transform (LST) and the two-dimensional joint LST for the inter-departure time distribution in a PH/PH/c queue. These LSTs are constructed using the properties of phase-type (PH) random variables and the steady-state distribution of the continuous-time Markov chain. Numerical examples are provided to validate the approach, and the correlation between consecutive inter-departure times in various queues is analyzed.
