The effect of different barium contents on dielectric properties and phase transitions in lead lanthanum zirconate stannate titanate ceramics was studied. X-ray diffraction showed that all samples were tetragonal phase at room temperature. With Ba2+ content increasing from 0.08 to 0.10, the Curie temperature decreased from 87 degrees C to 54 degrees C. The forward switching field EAF of the electric-field induced antiferroelectric to ferroelectric phase transition decreased from 19kV/cm to 13kV/cm, and the backward switching field EFA of ferroelectric recover to antiferroelectric phase decreased from 11kV/cm to 10kV/cm. The hysteresis of E (E = EAFEFA) also decreased from 8kV/cm to 3kV/cm.
