The high-power Characteristics at large-amplitude vibration of 0.88(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-0.04(Bi0.5Li0.5)TiO3-0.08(Bi0.5K0.5)TiO3+MnCO3 doped with w wt% [BNLKT4-8Mnw] ceramics were measured using the electrical transient response of burst voltage. In this study, we clarified that the resonance frequency, f(r), of BNLKT4-8Mnw were almost constant with increasing vibration velocity, upsilon(0-P). Moreover, we found the value of the mechanical quality factor, Q(m) of BNLKT4-8Mn0.4 and 0.6 were higher than that of hard PZT with upsilon(0-P) >= 0.6 m/s. These results indicate that BNLKT4-8Mnw ceramics are promising candidate materials for use in lead-free high-power piezoelectric devices.
