Graded ferroelectric ceramics based on barium strontium titanate solid solutions Ba1-xSrxTiO3 (x = 0-0.3) was prepared by tape casting. Its microstructure and dielectric properties were investigated. A significant change of grain sizes was observed in the graded samples, decreasing with the increase of strontium concentration. The samples demonstrated high temperature stability of dielectric characteristics. In the ceramics with x varying from 0 to 0.3 the temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) did not exceed 10% in the range T = 20-100 degrees C.
