In this study, an embedded system was designed and realized for the purpose of maintaining the most appropriate treatment condition to physiotherapy patients (patient's age, position of the affected tissue, tissue thickness, surface of treatment area and fat rate in tissue). To this aim, 450 different patients' data obtained from Selcuk University, Meram Faculty of Medicine, Physiotherapy Department, were used. The most sensitive and appropriate ultrasound values to be applied to the patient were obtained by means of a device designed using FL approach. For fuzzy logic controller, an application (interface) program was designed and placed in an embedded system with the realized ultrasound device. Data obtained through this system and data obtained from an expert were compared and as a result, it was seen that data from the designed system were in line with the existing data.
