We calculate the masses and the pole residues of the 1/2(+) heavy baryons Omega(0)(c)(css) and Omega(-)(b)(bss) with the QCD sum rules. The numerical values M-Omega c0 = (2.72 +/- 0.18) GeV (or M-Omega c0 = (2.71 +/- 0.18) GeV) and M Omega b- = (6.13 +/- 0.12) GeV (or M Omega b- = (6.18 +/- 0.13) GeV) are in good agreement with the experimental data.
