The attenuation coefficients of photon and neutron beams passing through a titanium hydride TiH1.8 surface are calculated. The main characteristics of radiation protection for radiation passing through this material are estimated: reduction of the neutron-flux ( 0.1 < E < 5 MeV) and gamma-ray ( 0.5 < E < 20 MeV) densities and attenuation of the neutron and gamma-ray dose rates. The high radiation resistance of this composite to photon and neutron radiations is proven.
