In the present note, three infinite boundary elements are proposed for the quasi-static 2D elastic problem. Within the framework of hypersingular boundary integral equations, a polynomial decaying, a reciprocal decaying, and a constant-logarithmic infinite boundary element are formulated, implemented and tested with respect to the analytical 2D plane strain solution of a strip load on a half-plane.
