A fully printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cell with efficiency exceeding 13% is developed based on TiO2/ZrO2/Carbon triple mesoscopic films through controlling critical parameters. Thickness of spacer layer, loading amount and morphology of perovskite, temperature of substrate and precursor are optimized to enhance the light-harvesting ability and reduce the hole transporting resistance. For future optimization of solar cells based on TiO2/ZrO2 /Carbon films, these important parameters must be paid with great attention. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
