In this paper, fluorescence enhanced substrate, composed of silver fractal-like structure and silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs), is prepared through electrochemical reduction method using PATP molecule as a linker. Surface enhanced fluorescence (SEF) effect was investigated for Rhodamine 6G (Rh6G) molecules deposited on the fabricated substrates. The experimental observation showed that the fractal-like structure decorated with Ag NPs presented stronger fluorescence enhancement, comparing with what was observed on the Ag NPs, pure silver fractal-like nanostructure deposited on the plastic slide.
