Mini-Abstract We report the case of a neonate presented with respiratory distress and severe cardiomegaly. Two-dimensional echocardiography revealed tethering of tricuspid valve with severe regurgitation. We used real time three-dimensional echocardiography to clarify the mechanism of this regurgitation.
