This paper studies the K(m, n) equation that is a generalized version of the KdV equation. The G'/G method is used to carry out its integration. Finally, the topological 1-soliton solution of the special case of the K(m, n) equation is also obtained. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
