LDPE/Fe3O4 nano-dielectrics with Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified in two different methods are pre-prepared. To research on the effect of magnetic fleld on the LDPE/Fe3O4 nano-dielectrics, the samples are respectively magnetic field processed. And their influence on morphology, structure, crystallinity, thermal conductivity and conduction current are measured. Characterization measurements show that the diameter of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles in LDPE matrix increases homogeneously from the range of 50-200 to 150-200 nm after magnetic field processed, both the doping of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and magnetic field processing does not destroy the structure of the original LDPE matrix. The doping of Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified in two methods can increase the crystallinity, thermal conductivity and conduction current of the LDPE matrix. Magnetic field processing can decrease the crystallinity, increase the thermal conductivity of the nano-dielectrics with different level, and it can affect a little on the conduction current of the samples, which proves that the magnetic fleld processing has influence on the LDPE/Fe3O4 nano-dielectrics.
