Pure, Pb2+ and Bi3+ doped Li4SrCa(SiO4)(2) materials were prepared by using a conventional solid state reaction. The phase of Li4SrCa(SiO4)(2) was determined using the powder XRD. The photoluminescent properties of Pb2+ and Bi3+ doped Li4SrCa(SiO4)(2) materials were investigated using a spectrofluorometer at room temperature. The emission bands of Li4SrCa(SiO4)(2): Pb2+ and Li4SrCa(SiO4)(2): Bi3+ were observed at 290 and 380 nm, respectively. Li4SrCa(SiO4)(2) with different Pb2+ and Bi3+ doping concentrations were analyzed at room temperature. The Stokes shifts of Li4SrCa(SiO4)(2): Pb2+ and Li4SrCa(SiO4)(2): Bi3+ were calculated to be 5678 and 5942 cm(-1), respectively. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
