Au-Pt bimetallic nanoparticles film used as an efficient electrochemical sensor was Prepared by self-assembled Au-Pt bimetallic nanoparticles on it glassy carbon (GC) Substrate using thioglycolic acid as a linker. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the Au-Pt nanoparticles self-assembly film was dense and uniform. Electrochemical experiments revealed that Au-Pt bimetallic nanoparticles film/GC electrode showed high electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of nitric oxide.
