6-Aryl-5-quinoxalinyl-1,3-oxazin-4-ones were obtained by thermolysis of 5-aryl-4-quinoxalinylfuran-2,3-diones in the presence of tert-butylcyanamide, 4-morpholinecarbonitrile, and N-cyanobenzamide.
