H-2-C-13 HETCORMAS NMR is performed on H-2/C-13/N-15-Pro enriched A. aurantia dragline silk. Proline dynamics are extracted from H-2 NMR line shapes and T-1 in a site-specific manner to elucidate the backbone and side chain molecular dynamics for the MaSp2 GPGXX beta-turn regions for spider dragline silk in the dry and wet, super-contracted states.
