Three new species of Tityus (Scorpiones, Buthidae) are described from Colombia. With the new descriptions, the total number of Tityus species present in Colombia is raised to 25. Some comments concerning the taxonomic position of the new species are added. A check-list of Columbian species of Tityus and keys for their identification are also included.
