Water Quality Survey of Rohtas district of Bihar was conducted. Samples were collected from different sources and analysed. 209 samples were collected from 196 villages. Results of water quality survey identified the problem areas in respect of high iron, manganese, fluoride, nitrate and brackishness of water in the district.
