In this paper, the global asymptotic stability of delayed cellular neural networks of neutral-type is investigated. The delay is assumed to be time-varying and belongs to a given interval. A novel delay-dependent criterion for the stability using the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) framework is presented. Two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of proposed method. (C) 2008 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
