We have mapped the dwarf galaxy NGC 1569 at 1.2 mm with the MPIfR bolometer at the IRAM 30m telescope. The total flux density allows us, together with the IRAS fluxes densities at 12, 25, 60 and 100 mum, to draw conclusions about the dust properties and to estimate the total dust mass. We find strong evidence for a significant enhancement of very small grains and a depletion of PAHs.
