We discuss a general quantum picture for magnetoresistance angular effects in anisotropic multilayer systems, In this model, the resonant tunneling between neighboring layers, which can be tuned by magnetic field orientations, causes the angular effects. This quantum model can be applied to the systems that conventional theories could not deal with. for example, the system with incoherent interlayer coupling or the system under ultra-high magnetic fields.
