In this article we propose a model of the nonsimple thermoelastic theory without energy dissipation. The equations of the linear theory are also obtained. Later, we obtain a uniqueness theorem for materials with a center of symmetry and an existence and uniqueness result in the general case. It is worth noting that we present two uniqueness results that apply to two different families of equations that govern the thermoelasticity without energy dissipation of nonsimple materials.
