In this paper the numerical solution of the radial Shrodinger equation via new proposed symplectic-schemes is investigated. In particular, the radial Schodinger equation is transformed into Hamiltonian canonical form and is solved via symplectic integrators. Based on this approach, fifth-order methods are proposed. We compare these methods with well-known existing symplectic methods. The numerical results show the efficiency of the proposed method.
