Starting from the Colombeau Generalized Functions, the sharp topologies and the notion of generalized points, we introduce a new kind of differential calculus (for functions between totally disconnected spaces). We also define here the notions of holomorphic generalized functions (in this new framework) and generalized manifold. Finally we give an answer to a question raised in [6].
