We report the interesting case of a patient who is a long-term surviver of breast cancer with metastasis to the pituitary gland. This patient was treated with surgery and radiotherapy in 1995 and during her second relapse, which occurred in 2004, chemotherapy was given. This treatment resulted in a partial response.
