Spontaneous resolution of silver double helicates consisting of achiral ligands with several aromatic rings

Symmetric breaking of silver double helicates through spontaneous crystallization was achieved via incorporation of C - H center dot center dot center dot pi and pi - pi stacking interactions of achiral ligands consisting of several aromatic rings.
