Recurrent carpal tunnel syndrome in a child due to fibrolipomatous hamartoma of the median nerve successfully treated by limited excision and decompression

We present a case of recurrent carpal tunnel syndrome in a child caused by fibrolipomatous hamartoma of the median nerve which was successfully treated by limited excision of the fibrotipomatous tissue and decompression.
