The voltammetric behavior of 2-methyl-4,6-dinitrophenol was investigated by differential Pulse voltammetry (DPV) at a nontoxic mercury meniscus-modified silver solid amalgam electrode (m-AgSAE). Conditions have been found for its determination by DPV at m-AgSAE in the concentration range of 0.2 to 1 mu mol L-1.
