This study deal with the effect of particle size variation of fly ash, as filler with different concentration (5-40%, wt/wt), on various properties of recycled polyethylene terepthalate (RPET). The mechanical, rheological, electrical and thermal properties of the composite material were evaluated and microstructure was investigated through scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was seen that micro particle inclusion increased the mechanical properties of the system. From the SEM, it was observed that good dispersion and also very good interaction of fly ash particle-polymer matrix occurred.
