Results of experimental tests of shell flexible components for drill vibration damping devices are reported. Distributions of radial displacements and annular stresses in the load-bearing link of the device have been obtained. A study has been made of the influence of the length of the bearing shell on the performance characteristics of the device. The experimental damping loops have been constructed.
