In this paper, a reaction on the proposed flowchart of Kanis is given by applying it to a new case. The flowchart seems valuable in starting the discussion on how to improve the reliability and validity in experimental human factors/ergonomics (HF/E) research. However, it is unsure whether it is the golden standard.
