A magnetic porous material, Fe3O4/MIL-101(Fe), has been successfully fabricated by using simple ultrasound-assisted electrostatic self-assembly technology, and was demonstrated to be a highly active heterogeneous catalyst for the dimerization reaction of o-phenyl-enediamine (OPD) in the presence of H2O2 via synergistic peroxidase-like activity.
