In this work, we combined superwettable micropattern with electrochemical deposition to produce titanium sheet with Raman detection hot spots surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). After thiol treatment and UV irradiation, the surface quickly changes to superhydrophilic state. The wettability of solid surface is greatly depending on the chemical composition and the geometric structure of the surface. Base on the micropatterning template with highly contrast of wettability, dendrite-like silver crystals selective coated on the superhydrophilic regions possess a highly ultra-sensitivity for molecular detecting. This composite platform can achieve ultrasensitive detection of chemical and biological molecules, can be used for analytical chemistry, molecular diagnostics, and environmental monitoring, and has a wide range of application prospects.
