Challenges in the Chemical Synthesis of Average Sized Proteins: Sequential vs. Convergent Ligation of Multiple Peptide Fragments

This review examines the challenges in the chemical synthesis of average sized proteins. Recent progress on sequential and convergent ligation methods, two approaches to the synthesis of proteins, is outlined.
