The heat capacities of layered perovskite-like oxides NaGdTiO4 and Na2Gd2Ti3O10 were measured by precision adiabatic vacuum calorimetry over the temperature range from T = (6 to 344) K and by differential scanning calorimetry over the temperature range from T = (320 to 630) K. The standard thermodynamic functions: molar heat capacity C-p,C-m degrees, enthalpy H degrees(T) - H degrees(5), entropy S degrees(T) - S degrees (5), and Gibbs energy of the compounds were evaluated from the experimental heat capacity temperature dependences over the range from T = (5 to 630) K.
