A novel nanoprobe platform, Tf-AuNCs@MnO2, was developed for the TP-NIR fluorescence imaging and magnetic resonance imaging of living cells and tissues. This platform demonstrated high spatiotemporal resolution and a tissue-penetration depth of 300 μm.
Transferrin-modified AuNCs (Tf-AuNCs) with two photon-near infrared (TP-NIR) fluorescence were prepared. For the first time, a novel nanoprobe platform, Tf-AuNCs@MnO2, was developed for the TP-NIR fluorescence imaging and magnetic resonance imaging of living cells and tissues. This platform had high spatiotemporal resolution and a tissue-penetration depth of 300 mu m.
