Fluidic Manipulating of Printable Zinc Oxide for Flexible Organic Solar Cells

Summary: A new method has been developed to manipulate the fluidics of sol-gel ZnO precursor and optimize processability of ZnO layer for flexible OSCs by changing Lewis base. Review on efficiency improvement effort of perovskite solar cell

Summary: Perovskite materials have excellent optical and electronic properties. The power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has rapidly increased from 3.8% to 25.5% in laboratory settings. Efforts to further improve the efficiency of perovskite solar cells focus on composition tuning and morphology improvement of the perovskite absorption layer, energy level matching of the interface, and carrier extraction and transport rate in the transport layer. Various methods, such as additive engineering, defect passivation, interface engineering, and transmission material optimization, have been suggested.

Tandem Organic Solar Cell with 20.2% Efficiency

Interfacial engineering of CuSCN-based perovskite solar cells via PMMA interlayer toward enhanced efficiency and stability
