Raw and Cooked Vegetable Consumption and Risk of Cardiovascular Disease: A Study of 400,000 Adults in UK Biobank

Summary: This study investigated the independent effects of raw and cooked vegetable consumption on cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. The findings suggest that higher intake of raw vegetables is associated with lower CVD risk, while cooked vegetables do not show a significant association.
