We report the three different modes of microwave emissions from the quasiparticle-injected Bi2ST2CaCU2Ogamma intrinsic Josephson junctions along the c axis. In addition to the Josephson self-emission in the low-bias-voltage range, we find two microwave emissions due to the nonequilibrium effect in layered intrinsic junctions in the high-bias-voltage range: incoherent broadband emissions and a sharp coherent microwave emission. We interpret these two emissions in terms of Josephson plasma emission.
