A new species of the bee genus Oligochlora Engel is described and figured from two females preserved in a single piece of Miocene Dominican amber. The species is proposed as Oligochlora marquettorum Engel & Rightmyer sp. nov., and is the fourth member of this extinct genus of the tribe Augochlorini.
