Fabrication and characteristic responses of integrated microelectrodes in polymer channel chip

A polymer microchannel (width = 100 mu m and depth = 20 mu m) chip integrated with band Au electrodes (47 x 100 mu m) was fabricated on the basis of photolithography/etching and imprinting techniques, and its characteristic electrochemical responses have been demonstrated.
