Secoiridoid glucosides from Fraxinus americana

Investigation of the leaves of Fraxinus americana led to the isolation of five secoiridoid glucosides, demethylligstroside, (2R)-and (2S)-2-hydroxyoleuropeins, fraxamoside and frameroside, together with 18 known compounds.
