Ingesting moderate amounts of purple grape juice each day improved flow-mediated vasodilation of the brachial artery in patients with atherosclerotic vascular disease. Both high and low doses of grape juice had similar effects on endothelial function; however, the addition of vitamin E did not lead to further improvements.
