Four 4 ' ,8-dihydroxyisoflavon-7-yl hexopyranoside derivatives having an aglycon part of A-76202 were synthesized, and their biological activities were evaluated toward rat liver alpha -glucosidase. However, the activities were disappointing. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
