Drug-induced vasculitis is a common cause of inflammatory vasculitis and is associated with agents from almost every pharmacologic class. Clinical manifestations range from mild skin disease to life-threatening illness. Treatments vary from drug withdrawal alone to prolonged immunosuppressive therapy. This article reviews the causal agents, spectrum of disease, diagnostic strategies, and treatment approaches for drug-induced vasculitis.
