Methods: Paranasal sinuses CT scan and medical records of sixty-five patients who underwent a successful endoscopic surgery for rhinogenic contact point headache reviewed. Results: Eleven distinct anatomical variations were found in patients with rhinogenic contact point headache. All of them were surgically curable.
