Data are presented on the radioecological state of the object Globus-1, which has contaminated sections, an unequipped surface repository for wastes and wells in a nuclear explosion zone with a wrecked waste isolation system. Recommendations are given for equipping the damaged peaceful nuclear explosion object using as a site for preserving special radioactive wastes.
